Tutu for Halloween!

I made this today for my little girl Summer who is 18 months as part of her cat Halloween costume! I really love how it's turned and and she does too! All you need is some elastic, netting and lace. (which I used from my CCBox4!) there is no sewing involved at all and it was very quick to make. This is yet another project I have sourced from the wonderful world of pinterest!
